  VIN MORREALE CASTING

VIN MORREALE CASTING – a division of ACADEMY ARTS ENTERTAINMENT, has been hired as Casting Director for SILO, a SAG-AFTRA feature film to be shot in Kentucky & Iowa in late July/August. 

This suspenseful movie centers around a teen trapped in a grain silo, and the heroic efforts to free him. 

Rate for speaking roles is $635/day. Limited travel/lodging, depending on the role.

SUPPORTING ROLES

SUTTER – Male, 60’s, Caucasian, withered and wise, with a country toughness. Will shoot two weeks in Kentucky, possibly four days in Iowa STUNTS INVOLVED

SHERRIFF JESSICA BAXTER – Female,  50’s, All Ethnicities, quiet authority, but tough enough to control much bigger men (GREAT ROLE FOR THE RIGHT ACTRESS!) STUNTS INVOLVED

Our Next Burning Up The Stage Acting Workshop!
“RAPID SCENE SKILLS!”

Whether auditioning, or simply improving your character reflexes, being able to pick up a script and quickly make the scene your own will help you impress directors, engage with fellow actors and boost your confidence. 
This special FIVE HOUR WORKSHOP will teach you techniques to conquer your fears, and quickly grasp a scene, speech or monologue with only a few minutes’ review. Everyone who attends will have a chance to work with original material written especially for this class. Burning up The Stage Workshops are open to new and experienced actors, age 14 and up.
